Parvin Paidar
Parvin Paidar works in international development, currently with UNIFEM in Afghanistan. Her research interests include gender and social development issues in developing countries. She has written on Iran and Islam from a gender perspective. She is the author of Women in the Political Process of Twentieth Century Iran (Cambridge University Press, 1997).
