Former Collaborating Researcher
Amalia Palma collaborated with UNRISD on the project Social Dimensions of Green Economy and Sustainable Development (2011-2012). She spoke on this issue at the UNRISD conference held in October 2011.
At the time of her collaboration with UNRISD, she worked in the Social Development Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), Chile. She has conducted research on the topics of gender inequalities, the Millennium Development Goals, public expenditure, the impact of the food crisis on child malnutrition and social protection.
