Cao Ho My Giang
Giang joined UNRISD in March 2007, to work on the programme of Identities, Conflict and Cohesion, Project on Indigenous Peoples. Born in Viet Nam, Giang acquired a BA in International Relations in Hanoi, followed by a MA on Development Studies at the Graduate Institute for Development Studies, University of Geneva in Switzerland. Before coming to Geneva for her studies, Giang worked for UNICEF Viet Nam on the issues of hygiene behaviour change communication, for UNDP Bangkok Regional Center as a UN National Volunteer on a trans-boundary project on Mekong river delta. Previously she also worked for Belgium Technical Cooperation in Viet Nam in a multi-sector rural development project. She also joined a lot of associative and volunteering activities, which are her strong passions and devotions.
