Former Collaborating Researcher
Winnie Mitullah collaborated with UNRISD for the project Poverty Reduction and Policy Regimes (2007-2010), for which she wrote a paper on Welfare Regime, Social Services and Poverty Reduction in Kenya. At the time of her collaboration, Mitullah was a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Development Studies, University of Nairobi, Kenya. She has a Ph.D. from the University of York, UK.
