Former Visiting Fellow
Tina Nebe joined UNRISD in March 2006 on a visiting fellowship and was a consultant assisting Shahra Razavi on the project “Varieties of Public Religion and Gender Equality”.
At the time of her association with UNRISD, Tina worked as chargée de recherche at the Centre de recherches politiques de Sciences Po (CEVIPOF) in Paris on the project “Group-Focused Enmity” funded by the German Research Foundation. Until 2005, she held a 3-year position as Junior Researcher in an EU-funded comparative research project on internal migrants in the European Union.
Tina holds a Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from the European University Institute. She specialises in the fields of racism, gender equality and ethnoreligious conflict, especially in Europe and in the Middle East, with a focus on the interdisciplinary, mixed-method and comparative study of attitudes and wide-spread beliefs.
