Inducing Social Change in Developing Communities: An International Survey of Expert Advice.

Following the 1965 publication on the methods and results of a survey of 400 national and international project personnel in 13 countries, undertaken to better understand the different factors that influence the outcomes of development projects, this publication gives a full analysis of the survey. It concludes that the motivation and participation of local people is the key to success in development projects.
