On arrival at the Pregny Visitors’ Entrance Gate pass through security and go to the desk to announce yourself, presenting your passport or ID, as well as the QR code provided in the original approval of the registration email and collect your badge. We suggest arriving at the Palais at least 30 to 40 minutes in advance, and more if you arrive at busy times, such as 08.00 – 09.00.

For security reasons, the identification badge must be worn and visible to UNOG Security staff at all times during the conference.

Consult the UNOG map here to locate the Pregny Gate.
