Win Kit Chan

Wing Kit Chan was part of the research team for the project Migration and Health in China (2011-2012). At the time of his collaboration, he was a lecturer at the China Center for Public Administration Research, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China and director of the International Collaboration Office, School of Government at the same university.
Chan has a PhD in Social Policy and Social Work from the University of York, United Kingdom. His research focuses on poverty related issues, particularly education policy and social security policy.
