At the time of collaboration, Emma Lynn Dadap-Cantal was a PhD student at ISS of the Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Her dissertation is a comparative case study of the political economy of social protection in Cambodia and the hilippines, particularly exploring the ways by which donors/external actors shape the social provisioning systems in the two countries.
