Jennifer Sumner

Collaborating Researcher

Jennifer Sumner is a Lecturer in the Adult Education and Community Development Program of the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Her main research interests focus on food and food systems, sustainability, the social economy and rural communities, and she is co-editor of Critical Perspectives in Food Studies (2nd edition), 2017, Oxford University Press. The Collaborating Researcher participated in the Call for Papers Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals: What Role for Social and Solidarity Economy? which was launched by the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE) in 2018 and organized by UNRISD.
