Changrok Soh

At the time of collaboration, Changrok Soh is Professor at the Graduate School of International Studies, and Director of the Human Rights Center at Korea University. He a Member of the Advisory Committee at the UN Human Rights Council. He has a special interest in the field of human rights and human security.
