Happy Kufigwa Siphambe holds a PhD degree in Economics and is Head of Department of Economics, University of Botswana. He is writing a paper for UNRISD on Botwana's Development Strategies and Poverty Reduction.
His wide-raging publications include Economic Development of Botswana: Facets, Policies, Problems and Prospects.
