Helen Schwenken

Helen Schwenken collaborated with UNRISD for the project South-South Migration and Development/Social Policy and Migration in Developing Countries. She authored a draft paper titled Speedy Latin America, Slow Europe? – Regional Implementation Processes of the ILO Convention on Decent Work for Domestic Workers. At the time of this collaboration, Helen Schwenken worked at the University of Kassel, International Center for Development and Decent Workers, Germany.
