Winnie Mitullah

Winnie Mitullah has a Ph.D. from the University of York and is currently a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Development Studies, University of Nairobi. She is writing a paper for UNRISD on Welfare Regime, Social Services and Poverty Reduction in Kenya.
