Elhafiz Adam Bassy

Elhafiz Adam (Bassy) is a co-founder of WAREFUR International Organisation, where he is responsible for developing strategies for economic development. He has been a peace activist since before arriving as a refugee in Australia in 2000 and a member of the Darfur Community Association there, including its president for a few years. Bassy is an MBA student in ÔInnovation and LeadershipÕ, University of Canberra, Australia. The Collaborating Researcher participated in the Call for Papers Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals: What Role for Social and Solidarity Economy? which was launched by the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE) in 2018 and organized by UNRISD.
