Vivek Chibber

Vivek Chibber holds a PhD and is Associate Professor of Sociology at New York University. He is writing a paper for UNRISD on Organized Interests, Development Strategies and Social Policy in India.
His book 'Locked In Place: State Building and Late Industrialization in India' won the Distinguished Publication Award, American Sociological Association 2006.
