Maya Takagi spoke at Overcoming Exclusion and Promoting Rights: Challenges and Opportunities in Social Protection, an official side event of the 30th Session of the Human Rights Council, organized by UNRISD and the ILO to launch the Social Protection and Human Rights platform. She spoke on Social Protection for Food Security and Rural Poverty Reduction.
At the time of her collaboration, she was Senior Social Protection Officer, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
