Kelly Dombroski is a senior lecturer in the Department of Geography, University of Canterbury. She approaches development studies and feminist geography from a community economies perspective. Her forthcoming book Guarding Life examines infant hygiene and maternal and child health practices in northwest China, Australia and New Zealand. The Collaborating Researcher participated in the Call for Papers Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals: What Role for Social and Solidarity Economy? which was launched by the United Nations Inter-Agency Task Force on Social and Solidarity Economy (UNTFSSE) in 2018 and organized by UNRISD.
